DevSecOps エンジニア
Job Purpose:
急成長を遂げている最先端のフィンテック企業に入社してみませんか。当社では、CI/CD パイプラインのセキュリティと自動化の強化、クラウドインフラの管理、組織内のセキュリティの監督において重要な役割を果たすDevSecOpsエンジニアを探しています。理想的な候補者は、ペースの速い環境で活躍でき、順応性があり、セキュリティを確保する上で革新を起こす準備ができている人です。
Responsibilities:
1. CI/CD パイプラインの管理と自動化:
当社のアジャイル開発サイクルに沿って、IaC (Terraform、AWS CloudFormation) を含む安全な CI/CD パイプラインを設計・実装・保守
セキュリティチェックを自動化し、CI/CD ワークフロー内にセキュリティツールを統合
2. ソースコードのセキュリティ:
SAST/DAST ツールを使用して、コードのセキュリティ レビューを定期的に実施
セキュリティのベストプラクティスをコーディング標準に実装し、プロセスをレビュー
開発チームと協力して脆弱性を修正し、安全なコード展開を確保
サードパーティと協力して年次セキュリティテストを実施
3. ワークスペースのセキュリティ:
Google Workspace を管理および保護し、適切なアクセス制御、データ暗号化、脅威からの保護を確保
コラボレーションツールのセキュリティ ポリシーを実装および監視
自動ワークフローを実装
4. クラウド基盤の構築、運用:
クラウド基盤 (主にAWS) を設計、構築、監視し、セキュリティ、可用性、スケーラビリティにおける業界のベストプラクティスを確実に遵守
ID管理、暗号化、安全な構成とAIでの監視自動化によりクラウド環境を強化
クラウドの最適化を図り、コスト管理を行う
5. SIEM とインシデント対応:
セキュリティ情報イベント管理 (SIEM) システムを保守
セキュリティログを監視して不審なアクティビティを分析
リスク分析によりインシデント発生を予測・防止
6. IDとアクセス管理 (IAM):
すべてのシステムへの安全かつ適切なアクセスを確保
多要素認証と最小特権アクセスポリシーを適用
7. サイバーセキュリティと物理的なセキュリティ:
全社的なサイバーセキュリティポリシーを施行
オフィススペース内のアクセス制御や監視などの物理的なセキュリティ対策を監督
デバイス (ラップトップ、携帯電話) をMDMツールを使って管理
定期的な評価を実施し、業界標準と規制 (FISC、ISO 27001) への準拠を確保
8. 社内外のコミュニケーション:
社内のセキュリティ研修を提供
外部監査/パートナー企業、規制機関による監査やセキュリティチェック等に対応
セキュリティ関連の文書、ポリシー、手順を管理
社内のリスク委員会におけるセキュリティ関連の取り組みの状況を報告
Requirements:
DevSecOps、サイバーセキュリティ、または関連分野における5 年以上の経験
CI/CD ツール (BitBucket、Jenkins、GitLab CI、CircleCI) およびクラウド (特にAWS、GCP) の豊富な経験
コードセキュリティ、脆弱性スキャン、自動テストの知識
スクリプト作成 (シェル、Pythonなど) および IaCのスキル
Google Workspace の保護と IAMソリューションの実装の経験
SIEM ソリューションとインシデント対応プロセスに精通していること
関連する認定資格が望ましい (CISSP、CISM、CEH、AWS Security/DevOps/Architect)
フィンテックまたは金融機関での経験が望ましいが、他業界でも大丈夫

Growth/CRM Manager
Job Purpose:
The Growth/CRM Manager at Habitto will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our insurance and banking products by improving the customer conversion funnel and engaging customers at key stages of their relationship with Habitto. This position will create and execute CRM strategies that convert the user base into loyal insurance and banking customers.
The ideal candidate will be able to interpret existing customer data and behaviours and build a CRM master plan aligned to measurement metrics. With this plan in hand, the candidate will be able to implement the plan, deliver the KPI
Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, the Growth & CRM Manager will collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure the seamless execution of CRM initiatives that directly contribute to increased banking and insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse existing customer data and behaviours, identify and prioritise opportunities to turn these behaviours into leads for advisors and into direct sales for self serve products. This person will be goaled on conversion to insurance and banking customers.
Lead and strategize the entire CRM process for our insurance and banking products, focusing on driving conversions.
Build the structure and plan content for personalized campaigns for the user base.
Develop and implement end-to-end CRM campaigns and journeys using tools like OneSignal and first-party data to target users at different stages of the funnel.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on key metrics to improve conversion rates for insurance and banking products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product) to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives.
Identify and develop customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement.
Explore opportunities for customer recruitment and retention through personalized CRM actions.
Ensure seamless execution of all CRM activities, from strategic planning to hands-on execution and performance reporting.
Requirements:
Fluent in Japanese, with business-level English.
Proven experience in direct to consumer growth and CRM management, preferably in the banking, insurance, or investment sectors.
Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., OneSignal or similar) and the ability to drive customer engagement and conversion.
A track record of increasing sales through CRM strategies, ideally with financial products.
Ability to build and manage the entire CRM lifecycle, from strategy and execution to analysis and optimization.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and continuously improve CRM performance.
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset for problem-solving in a startup environment.
Performance Expectations:
Improve the conversion funnel to increase insurance and bank product sales.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns focused on converting users into insurance customers.
Continuously track and improve customer retention, and sales performance KPIs.

Head of Data & AI
Data and AI are strategic competencies we need to invest in as part of our next growth phase. As such this role reports directly to the CEO and it is a member of a global and cognitively diverse leadership team.
This role is likely a precursor to data/AI C-suite role and is designed to provide access to all aspects of the business, including external stakeholders, such as partners, regulator, shareholders and investors.
We are looking for a deeply inquisitive but practical mind, a structured thinker, and a commercially attuned individual to drive the build out of our data and AI capabilities, strategically, tactically and technically.
The candidate must have some experience in building data capabilities from the ground up either in a startup or within a corporation as long as there was a mandate to build: this role requires a builder’s attitude.
The candidate must be well-versed in the modern data stack, which has evolved significantly over the past five years as well as practical experience into the development of AI use cases. This role requires expertise in data architecture, emerging data and AI technologies and a degree of competencies in cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
Be the intellectual and hands on engine behind the data and AI capabilities build out. Communicate data strategies, initiatives, and results to stakeholders clearly and effectively, with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, both internally and externally
Lead the design, architecture and implementation of data strategies and engineering solutions for Advanced Analytics, scalable insights and digital applications.
Determine the right infrastructure and tools needed to deploy, monitor and scale ML models and AI applications; handling optimization of infrastructure for scalability and monitoring the overall health of AI systems
Drive a data-driven culture across the organization, promoting the value of high-quality data in decision-making. Guide the organisation to test and learn, with scientific rigour, but with startup flexibility and speed.
Partner with technology and business teams to ensure data is at the forefront of product, marketing and technical solutions.
Hire, train and coach a strong team of data professionals to realize their full potential in the service of creating game changing data products and solutions.
Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework, working with the head of tech to establish data quality and security standards and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, security and reliability of data.

What We Are Looking For
Experience and keen interest in building a data driven organisation from the foundations to scale. Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively articulate and communicate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.
Deep knowledge and expertise in the data lifecycle, data modelling, and data consumption.
Extensive knowledge with many of the following technologies: SQL, RDBMS, Quicksight/Power BI, Airflow(or any data orchestration tool), Python, Data Warehouse, Data lake
Excellent organizational and time management skills and a strong ability to recognize critical path deliverables in order to deliver within project timelines.
Strong interest in technologies and knowledge of AI/Machine Learning, Data Science with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
Technical understanding and expertise in Generative AI capabilities including LLM Ops
Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with and influence senior management to drive data culture in the organization
Must have worked in a startup environment, ideally bigger startup, even better in fintech
Bachelor of Engineering in IT, Computer Science or related courses, data science, mathematics or physics.
Direct engineering work, commercially minded, strong analytical skills, practical (not a theorist)
